the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BAT) is pleased to announce it has closed the previously announced transaction
involving the sale of all of its shareholdings of CB Gold Inc. to Red Eagle Mining Corporation ("Red Eagle") in
exchange for 7,428,126 common shares of Red Eagle (the "Red Eagle Shares"). Following closing of the
transaction with Red Eagle, Batero sold the Red Eagle Shares for cash consideration of approximately Cdn.$7,056,000.
