Ximen Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - (TSX-V: XIM) Ximen Mining Corp. (the “Company” or “Ximen”) is pleased to announce that further to its October 24, 2016 news release, the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the issuance of 325,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.105 cents per common share to settle an aggregate of $34,072.43 of debt owed to certain creditors of the Company. The hold period expiry date for the shares is March 4, 2017.

The Company further announces that it is proceeding with a shares-for-debt filing to pay outstanding debts of $26,608.40 Approximately 221,736 shares in the capital stock of the Company will be issued to pay these outstanding payables. The shares-for-debt agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval
