Rehab Foundation will be making an exciting donation and announcement about improving wellness around the globe through better
diabetes prevention and management. This innovative program will extend diabetes care beyond hospital walls and empower individuals
living with the disease to take control of their health, regardless of barriers such as geography, financial constraints and
language. Hockey Hall of Famer Darryl Sittler and former NHL player Brandon (BJ) Crombeen will be
on-hand to help launch this exciting new initiative.
