In this role, Carpenter is responsible for implementing the division’s growth strategies and overseeing its operations, including land acquisitions, construction, customer service, purchasing, studio, sales, marketing, and development.

He was recently promoted to senior vice president of KB Home’s Colorado division, in charge of all operational functions, before being named president.
