AerCap Announces Closing of New $0.6 Billion Credit Facility
AerCap Holdings N.V. ("AerCap"), (NYSE: AER) announced today that it has completed the closing of a new $0.6 billion secured
credit facility. The facility will primarily be used to acquire new narrowbody and widebody aircraft as they deliver from Boeing
and Airbus through 2017. The facility was signed to finance a portfolio of eight aircraft and matures in 2024.
AIB Corporate Banking, Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking, Commerzbank AG, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Crédit Agricole CIB,
DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, Helaba, HSBC, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, MUFG and National Australia Bank acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers
and Crédit Agricole CIB acted as Facility Agent and Security Trustee on the transaction.

The total amount of financing transactions completed in 2016 to date is $3.5 billion.
