Kumar, the company's Executive Chairman, has been appointed to serve on the National Board of Directors of the American Cancer
Society.
The American Cancer Society is the largest voluntary health organization in the United States and is dedicated to eliminating
cancer as a major health problem. The American Cancer Society's many activities include: (i) helping people through every step of
their cancer experience; (ii) developing guidelines for recommended cancer screening tests; (iii) funding and conducting research
