Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange
TORONTO, Dec. 7, 2016 /CNW/ - TMX Group today announced its
financing activity on Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange for November 2016.
Toronto Stock Exchange welcomed six new issuers in November 2016, compared with 13 in the previous
month and one in November 2015. The new listings included one exchange traded fund, three mining
companies and two oil & gas companies. Total financings raised in November 2016 increased 145%
from the previous month and were up 77% compared to November 2015. The total number of financings in
November 2016 was 35, compared with 46 in the previous month and 39 in November 2015.

TSX Venture Exchange welcomed three new issuers in November 2016, compared with five the previous
month and six in November 2015. The new listings included a Capital Pool Company, an oil & gas
company and a diversified industries company. Total financings raised in November 2016 increased 25%
compared to the previous month, and were up 167% compared to November 2015. There were 143 financings
in November 2016, compared with 126 in the previous month and 108 in November
2015.
