its common shares will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange effective December 14, 2016. The Company will be listed as a
Tier 1 Industrial Issuer under the stock symbol "LTE". Effective the close of trading on December 13, 2016, the Company will
delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
