Software Industry Veteran to Help Growing Supply Chain Provider Further its Leadership
OTTAWA, Dec. 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Kinaxis® (TSX:KXS), provider of RapidResponse®, delivering cloud-based SCM and S&OP applications, today announced that Mr. Robert Courteau has been
appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Courteau brings more than 25 years' experience as a senior executive, leading new business initiatives and achieving growth
objectives with some of the world's foremost companies. Currently, Mr. Courteau serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Altus
Group Limited, a leading provider of independent advisory services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real
estate industry. Prior to this role, Mr. Courteau was a corporate executive with SAP AG, holding positions such as the President,
North America and Global Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Courteau has served on the Board of Directors of a number of private and publicly-traded companies and also been very active
in supporting not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Courteau graduated from Concordia University in
1981 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and also holds Honorary Doctorate of Laws degree from the same University in 2011.
