Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The licence from AGCO recognizes the Company as an officially registered Gaming
Supplier under the Gaming Control Act of the Province of Ontario. This positive development fully enables Jackpot to grow its
electronic table game (ETG) business at OLG Slots at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, which is currently operating several of the
