Kairos Announces Closing of Chilean Lithium Property Acquisition and Private Placement
Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Kairos Capital Corporation (“Kairos”) announces
that effective December 30, 2016, it closed the previously announced acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of lithium
claims in Chile (the “Lithium Claims”).
At closing of the Acquisition, Kairos also completed the private placement (the “Private Placement”) of
unsecured non-convertible debentures in the amount of CDN$400,000 (the “Debentures”) with such Debentures having
the same terms as previously announced. All of the Debentures were subscribed for by an officer of the Corporation.
The Acquisition and Private Placement have been conditionally approved by the TSX Venture Exchange (the
“TSXV”) and remain subject to the final approval of the TSXV. Kairos intends to file for final TSXV approval
prior to the end of the upcoming week.
