The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited Announces Proposed Secondary Offering of Common Stock

The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (BSX: NTB.BH) (NYSE: NTB) (the “Company”) announced today that it plans to conduct a registered public secondary offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares sold in the offering will be sold by certain selling shareholders.
