KB Home’s Communities at Communications Hill Continue to Attract Silicon Valley Buyers

Homebuilder’s newest San Jose community of prestigious hilltop homes, Platinum at Communications Hill, sold out; models released for sale

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced that Platinum at Communications Hill, a highly-desirable hilltop community located in the heart of Silicon Valley, is sold out of the 27 single-family homes being built in one of the area’s most popular housing developments. Four model homes at the community have now been released for sale. The elegant three-story homes range in size from 2,256 to 2,761 square feet, accommodate up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and are priced starting in the mid-$1 millions.

Platinum is just the latest KB Home development in the Communications Hill master plan.
