Farmers National Banc Corp. Declares and Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 25%

On February 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Farmers National Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, a 25% increase from the 2016 first quarter payment. The common stock cash dividend will have a record date of March 10, 2017, and is payable to shareholders on March 31, 2017.

Kevin J. Helmick, President and CEO, stated, “It is my pleasure to announce the Board of Directors has approved a 25% increase to the company’s quarterly dividend. This is the second increase to Farmers’ dividend in two years reflecting the company’s strong financial results, the successful integrations of three acquisitions and the Board’s desire to return capital to our shareholders.”
