Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (NYSE: HTD) (the "Fund"), a closed-end fund managed by John Hancock Advisers, LLC and
subadvised by both John Hancock Asset Management a division of Manulife Asset Management (US) LLC, and Analytic Investors, LLC,
announced today sources of its monthly distribution of $0.1380 per share paid to all shareholders
of record as of February 13, 2017, pursuant to the Fund's managed distribution plan.
