  • Wall Street expects Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) to report quarterly earnings at $1.51 per share on revenue of $20.75 billion before the opening bell. Target shares rose 0.28 percent to $67.10 in after-hours trading.
  • Analysts expect salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM) to post quarterly earnings at $0.25 per share on revenue of $2.28 billion after the closing bell. salesforce.com shares gained 0.32 percent to $81.80 in after-hours trading.
  • Priceline Group Inc (NASDAQ: PCLN) reported stronger-than-expected results for its fourth quarter on Monday. Priceline shares gained 3.31 percent to $1,686.00 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Before the markets open, Valeant Pharmaceuticals Intl Inc (NYSE: VRX) is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $1.22 per share on revenue of $2.34 billion. Valeant shares dropped 1.08 percent to $16.53 in after-hours trading.
  • Hertz Global Holdings, Inc (NYSE: HTZ) posted a wider-than-expected loss for its fourth quarter. Hertz Global shares rose 1.95 percent to $20.39 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting AutoZone, Inc. (NYSE: AZO) to have earned $8.20 per share on revenue of $2.35 billion in the latest quarter. AutoZone will release earnings before the markets open. AutoZone shares slipped 0.05 percent to $740.50 in after-hours trading.

  • Tricon Capital Group Inc. announced plans to buy Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp (NYSE: SBY) for $21.50 per share. Silver Bay Realty Trust shares jumped 16.90 percent to $21.24 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Wall Street expects Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROST) to post quarterly earnings at $0.75 per share on revenue of $3.46 billion after the closing bell. Ross Stores shares fell 0.65 percent to $68.70 in after-hours trading.
  • Frontier Communications Corp (NASDAQ: FTR) posted a wider-than-expected loss for its fourth quarter on Monday. Frontier shares dipped 8.51 percent to $3.01 in the after-hours trading session.
