Triton International Limited Declares $0.45 Per Share Dividend and Announces Dates for Fourth Quarter and
Full Year 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call
Triton International Limited (NYSE:TRTN) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved and declared a $0.45 per share
quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding common shares, payable on March 30, 2017 to shareholders of record at
the close of business on March 20, 2017 and that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year
ended December 31, 2016 after the market closes on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The Company’s management will host a conference call on
Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. ET to review the fourth quarter and full year financial results.
The conference call will be Webcast, and an archive of the Webcast will be available one hour after the live call through
