RJK Explorations Ltd. Announces Proposed Private Placement

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 17, 2017) - RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSXV: RJX.A) ("RJK") announces that it will undertake a non-brokered private placement of units raising up to a maximum offering amount of $360,000 (the "Offering"). Under the terms of the Offering, RJK may sell up to 2,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.18 per Unit, each Unit comprised of one Class A Subordinate Voting Share ("Class A Shares") of the Corporation and one-half of one Class A Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional Class A Share ("Warrant Share") for up to one year following its date of issue at a price of $0.35 per Warrant Share. The Units comprised of Class A Shares and half Warrants may be issued on a "flow-through" basis or non-"flow-through" basis, at the investor's discretion. It is anticipated that the pricing will be the same in either case.

Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for mineral exploration, property option agreement payments, and general corporate purposes.

The securities issued will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period and a TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") hold period.

The Offering is subject to obtaining the prior approval of the TSXV.
