AZS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Ronald Shorr has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the
Company. Mr. Shorr is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a graduate from the University of Michigan (B.A.) and Harvard
Business School (M.B.A.), subsequently attending graduate school at the Krumb School of Mines at Columbia University. He is a
member of the AIME, the New York Society of Security Analysts, and has authored a chapter for Economics of the Mineral Industry.
Currently he acts as CEO of Vermillion Gold, a private company exploring for gold in Minnesota's Abitibi Greenstone Belt, and is a
director of Resinco Capital Partners, a closed end mutual fund of junior explorers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Shorr has been involved with researching, development, restructuring, and financing corporations for over 30 years,
including operations, acquisitions and fund raising, and the Company welcomes his expertise to the Board.
