and Corporate Secretary. William Jorgenson, a director of the Company, has been appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
The Board of Directors thanks Mr. McKnight for his years of service as an executive officer of Hi Ho. Mr. McKnight remains a
director and member of the Board.
