Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / March 28, 2017 – 360 Capital Financial Services Group Inc. (“360
Capital” or the “Company”)(CSE: TSZ, www.360capital.ca ),
is pleased to announce it has reserved a placement price of $0.03 per unit for a non-brokered private placement of up to
$750,000.
The offering will consist of up to twenty-five (25) million units, with each unit comprising one common share
of the Company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common
share for a period of three years from the closing date of the offering at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. The offering shall
be sold pursuant to exemptions from prospectus requirements in accordance with applicable securities law and Canadian Securities
Exchange policies. The proceeds of the private placement will be utilized for the Company’s working capital purposes and to invest
in new business opportunities.
Subscriptions have not been received and further announcement will be made on closing. All securities issued
pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
