“Company”) is pleased to announce that its two incumbent directors, Brandon Boddy and Troy Grant were re-elected as directors of
the Company by shareholders at its annual general meeting held in March 23, 2017 (the “ AGM
”).
In addition, the Company, is pleased to announce that Brendan Purdy was elected as a director of the Company at
the AGM. Mr. Purdy is a practicing corporate lawyer in Toronto, Ontario.
Don Gordon and Chester Shynkaryk were not nominated for re-election to the board at the AGM. The Company
wishes to thank Mr. Gordon and Mr. Shynkaryk for all of their efforts on behalf of the Company. Mr. Shynkaryk will retain his
