officers, directors, employees, and consultants of the Company at an exercise price of $0.28 per share expiring on April 10,
2027.
Revive currently has 53,893,567 issued and outstanding common shares, a total of 5,655,315 outstanding purchase warrants at
$0.18 that expire on June 18, 2018, and can grant up to 3,833,982 stock options pursuant to its stock option plan. Including the
grant announced today, Revive currently has 2,520,375 stock options outstanding.
