Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 12, 2017) - RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSXV: RJX.A) ("RJK") closed the first
tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units, raising gross proceeds of $298,139.76 (the
"Offering"). Under the terms of the Offering, 1,656,332 units (the "Units") were sold at a price of $0.18 per Unit,
each Unit comprised of one Class A Subordinate Voting Share ("Class A Share") of the Corporation and one-half of one Class A
Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional Class A Share for up
to one year following its date of issue at a price of $0.35 per Warrant Share.
Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for mineral exploration and general corporate purposes. The securities issued will
be subject to a four-month statutory hold period and a TSX Venture Exchange hold period. RJK may complete a further closing of this
non-brokered private placement to bring total gross proceeds to $360,000 on or before May 3, 2017.
In connection with the private placement, RJK has agreed to pay finder's fees in the amount of $15,840 in cash to Mackie
Research Capital Corporation, Acumen Capital Partners and Sherbrooke Street Capital (SSC Inc.).
