Inc. (the "Company" or "Fineqia") (CSE: FNQ) (OTCPink: FNQQF) (Frankfurt: FNQA) has announced the appointment of London based law firm Nabarro LLP ("Nabarro") as the legal advisers for its UK subsidiary, Fineqia
Limited.
Nabarro, one of the UK's leading commercial law firms, is presently undergoing a transformative merger with CMS UK and Olswang
LLP to form CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, effective May 1 2017. The merged firm
will be the world's sixth largest law firm by head count and sixth largest in the UK by revenue.
Nabarro (and subsequently the merged firm) will work with Fineqia Limited and any of their third party service providers in
relation to the structuring of the crowdfunding platform, debt and equity placements as well as all legal matters related to
client on-boarding and compliance.
