PROS Thought Leaders, Customers to Present at Professional Pricing Society Spring Conference

Company to showcase modern commerce solutions powered by dynamic pricing science

PROS ® (NYSE: PRO), the revenue and profit realization company, today announced that six of its customers and thought leaders have been selected to present at the Professional Pricing Society (PPS) 28th Annual Spring Pricing Workshops and Conference. The company will also showcase its cloud-based modern commerce solutions – PricingPRO and SellingPRO – at the Miami event, scheduled for May 2-5 at The Hilton Miami Hotel.

As part of its Miami event, PPS will also host a full-day Latin America Summit on May 3, where PROS will also deliver an address.

“The PPS conferences offer a great venue for meeting customers, prospects, partners and thought leaders,” said Doug Fuehne, PROS Vice President of Customer Value and member of the PPS Board of Advisors. “It’s where some of the brightest minds in the business gather to share new ideas and issues companies are facing in the realms of pricing, selling and profitability. This year, we’ll showcase how PROS is powering the shift to modern commerce, helping companies create frictionless and personalized buying experiences across every customer channel, fueled by dynamic pricing science.”

In six presentations, PROS customers and thought leaders will highlight best practices for driving revenue and profit:

Telling Stories with Data: Stories are a powerful way to align large groups of people from different functions or regions, and are far more powerful when married to real data. Steve Haggett, Iron Mountain Vice President of Revenue Management, will share how to help sales leaders win more deals with better pricing, align key executives on pricing opportunities and drive decisions based on investments in pricing resources – all with compelling stories backed by fact.

Mapping Your Pricing Structure: How to Build an Efficient & Effective Organization to Deliver on Your Pricing Promises: Companies in every corner of the world grapple with how to structure their pricing organizations to maximize revenue and profitability – and to deliver the results they’ve committed to their senior leaders. Each organization varies strategies, based on its culture, products and customers. PROS Senior Vice President of Sales Excellence Tonya DeWeese will offer specific insights, along with information and a framework for delivering a pricing infrastructure or Center of Excellence.

Price Realization: Best Practices for Measuring, Implementing and Maximizing Impact: The price realization metric is a key component for measuring the impact of a company’s price effectiveness. PROS Director, Sales Enablement and Productivity, Greg Ambrogi will showcase best-practice methodologies that guide participants through the pros and cons of choosing and employing the best methods for their business.

Channel Pricing: Incenting Win-Win Channel Partner Behavior: Channel pricing is one of the most complex and under-represented areas of pricing. In this full-day session, PROS Strategic Consultants Ben Blaney and George Faris will outline strategies for helping pricing professionals navigate and coherently manage this thorny topic. They will map channels, identify conflicts and creatively show how data can support channel decision-making.

Fasten Your Seatbelts: How to Keep Your Pricing Strategies Effective During Turbulent Times: Transformational changes are underway in Latin America, with unstable markets, erratic cost fluctuations and unexpected political changes. PROS Strategic Consultant for Food and Consumables Fabio Freitas will illuminate the hidden challenges that companies are combatting and offer insights into how they can employ modern commerce strategies that help them innovate and adapt and still deliver business value to their customers and consumers.
