worldwide as Global Practice Managing Partner.

manufacturing sectors. He has helped clients across a broad spectrum of industries build effective leadership teams. Herbst was
named Regional Practice Managing Partner for the firm's Industrial Practice in the Americas in 2013, a role that he will continue
to hold while leading the practice globally.
