The Eastern Company (NASDAQ:EML) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable June 15, 2017, to common shareholders of record as of May 17, 2017. This dividend represents the Company’s 307th consecutive quarterly dividend.
