Future NBA lottery pick Lonzo Ball just announced his signature shoe for pre-order, the ZO2, which comes with a $495 price
tag.
Last week, the Ball family made headlines after news broke that Nike Inc (NYSE: NKE) , Under Armour Inc (NASDAQ: UAA) and adidas AG(ADR)(OTC: ADDYY) all turned it down, although it has become pretty clear the Ball family
probably had no intention to sign with a major brand given how quickly they released the signature shoe.
There has been no word yet on where the shoe is manufactured or what company may be backing the Big Baller Brand. One thing is
certain -- this great experiment will be the talk of the NBA heading into next season.

“At the end of the day, its up to us, the athletes. We push the culture forward. Don’t let the culture push us,” Ball said in
his promotional video with Slam magazine unveiling the shoe.
The low top shoe model has drawn comparisons to Kobe Bryant’s signature shoe line with Nike.
