  • Concordia International Corp (NASDAQ: CXRX) shares declined 24.5 percent to $1.57. Concordia posted a quarterly net loss from continuing operations of $78.8 million, and total revenue of $160.6 million.
  • The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) shares dipped 23.8 percent to $15.42. Hackett Group, posted in-line quarterly earnings, but sales missed estimates. The company also issued a weak forecast for the current quarter. Craig-Hallum downgraded Hackett Group from Buy to Hold.
  • Vitamin Shoppe Inc (NYSE: VSI) shares dropped 23.6 percent to $14.55 as the company posted downbeat Q1 results and issued a weak FY17 forecast.
  • Fossil Group Inc (NASDAQ: FOSL) declined 22.6 percent to $14.05 after the company posted downbeat quarterly results and issued a weak outlook for the second quarter.
  • Cleantech Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ: CLNT) shares declined 19.5 percent to $4.39 after surging 66.67 percent on Tuesday.

  • Time Inc (NYSE: TIME) shares dropped 14.1 percent to $12.98 as the company reported a wider-than-expected loss for its first quarter and lowered its quarterly dividend from $0.19 per share to $0.04 per share.
  • Silver Spring Networks Inc (NYSE: SSNI) declined 13.8 percent to $10.05. Silver Spring Networks reported a Q1 loss of $0.44 per share on revenue of $50.2 million. Pacific Crest downgraded Silver Spring Networks from Overweight to Sector Weight.
  • EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) dropped 12.9 percent to $1.15 after the company posted Q1 results. The company also disclosed that its borrowing base has been reduced to $375 million.
