(NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of ($.11) per share, The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2017. The dividend will be paid at the close of business on August 25, 2017.
