  • Capricor Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: CAPR) shares tumbled 60.4 percent to $1.21 after the company issued an update on Allstar trial. The company disclosed that Allstar trial is unlikely to achieve primary efficacy endpoint of change in infarct size in patients following heart attack.
  • Ardelyx Inc (NASDAQ: ARDX) shares dipped 32.5 percent to $8.27. Ardelyx reported that its Phase 3 T3MPO-1 trial of Tenapanor in patients with IBS-C achieved primary endpoint.
  • Inpixon (NASDAQ: INPX) shares fell 25.3 percent to $2.40. Inpixon reported a Q1 loss of $2.03 per share on sales of $13.5 million. B. Riley downgraded Inpixon from Buy to Neutral.
  • Akari Therapeutics PLC (ADR) (NASDAQ: AKTX) shares declined 23 percent to $8.85 after Edison Investment Research issued a statement on Akari Therapeutics' statements and SEC Filing citing Edison. William Blair downgraded Akari Therapeutics Plc from Outperform to Market Perform.
  • Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYMX) dropped 16.7 percent to $0.850. Synthesis Energy reported a Q3 loss of $2.7 million.
  • Koss Corporation (NASDAQ: KOSS) fell 14.9 percent to $1.74. Koss reported Q3 loss of $0.15 per share on sales of $4.77 million.
  • Stage Stores Inc (NYSE: SSI) declined 11 percent to $2.22. Stage Stores is expected to release quarterly earnings on May 18, 2017.
  • Cyberark Software Ltd (NASDAQ: CYBR) shares dropped 10.9 percent to $49.16. Cyberark reported better-than-expected results for its first quarter, but issued a weak earnings forecast. The company also announced the acquisition of Conjur for $42 million.
  • Biocept Inc (NASDAQ: BIOC) dropped 10.4 percent to $1.64. Biocept reported a Q1 loss of $0.21 per share on revenue of $1.683 million.
  • Castlight Health Inc (NYSE: CSLT) declined 10.3 percent to $3.95. Morgan Stanley downgraded Castlight Health from Equal-Weight to Underweight.
  • J C Penney Company Inc (NYSE: JCP) shares fell 8.9 percent to $4.82. J C Penney posted a wider loss for its first quarter, while sales missed estimates. Its comparable store sales dropped 3.5 percent for the quarter.
  • Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) dipped 8.3 percent to $42.37. Nordstrom posted upbeat earnings for its first quarter, while same-store sales missed estimates.
  • DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS) declined 7.8 percent to $4.91 after tumbling 20.68 percent on Thursday. DryShips reported updated key financial information post reverse stock split.
  • Presidio Inc (NASDAQ: PSDO) shares dropped 6.3 percent to $14.96 after the company posted weak Q3 results.
  • Voxeljet AG (ADR) (NYSE: VJET) declined 6.1 percent to $4.16. Voxeljet reported a Q1 loss of $0.65 per share on revenue of $4.53 million.
