date in 2017.
Wild Things USA Inc.
Mission Ready announced the closing of the acquisition of Wild Things, LLC ("Wild Things") on March 9, 2017
in a transaction valued at USD $4.5MM. As a follow-up to the most recent update from the Company providing further details on the
Wild Things integration, Mission Ready is pleased to report that Wild Things has not only advanced its operations despite
transitional challenges, but has increased its bookings significantly over the same period in 2016.
Edward Schmults, President of Wild Things, states, "The market for military apparel continues to look strong
for 2017 as Wild Things' bookings are running significantly ahead of last year. Our strategy of continually upgrading the
performance of our products through design and fabric improvements is showing positive results and we expect to carry this
momentum through the vital Q3 and Q4 buying season."
Protect The Force
Located in Jacksboro, TN, the Company's 22,000 square foot facility, PTF Manufacturing, has scaled quickly
since its initial launch in 2016 and is well positioned to effectively deliver on the current USD $1,400,000 in open purchase

going forward.
"Through PTF's growing visibility in the market place and our forward-thinking approach to consistent
innovative product development, we are seeing steady increases in our company's growth. This includes law enforcement products
division as well as a continued demand in our technical garment program, including the newly integrated Wild Things brand and a
