Deletions from the S&P/TSX Preferred Share Index
TORONTO, May 18, 2017 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Indices
Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
Bank of Montreal (TSX:BMO) has announced that it will redeem for $CDN25.00 cash per share all of its outstanding Non-Cumulative Perpetual Class B Preferred Shares, Series 14
(TSX:BMO.PR.K) and Series 15 (TSX:BMO.PR.L) on Thursday, May 25, 2017. The preferred shares will be
removed from the S&P/TSX Preferred Share Index and the S&P/TSX North American Preferred Stock Index prior to the open of
trading on Friday, May 26, 2017.
