Mood Media Corporation Completes Sale of BIS to Econocom

Transaction Valued at Approximately $20.2 Million

Mood Media Corporation (“Mood Media,” “Mood” or “the Company”) (TSX:MM), the global leader in elevating Customer Experiences, today announced that it has completed its previously announced sale of BIS to digital transformation design company, Econocom. BIS is a European leader in Audio/Visual, Video and ICT integration that specializes in AV and ICT solutions, conference systems, digital signage and room management.

As previously announced, the proceeds from the sale are $20.2 million in cash less escrow and fees.
