KB Home Announces the Grand Opening of Heritage Park in South New Braunfels

National builder’s newest San Antonio-area neighborhood features beautiful homes priced from the $180,000s

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Heritage Park in South New Braunfels. Situated on Morningside Drive just minutes from Interstate 35, Heritage Park offers a quick commute to Randolph Air Force Base and Fort Sam Houston, as well as to major employers like Amazon and Sysco. Heritage Park is located within the Comal Independent School District. Once completed, the community will be home for 108 families.
