– HealthSpace Data Systems Ltd. (“HealthSpace”) is pleased to announce that the Virginia
Department of Health (“VDH”) has signed an 18-month extension to the existing contract worth an additional $690,000US. This is the
second extension to the original contract that originally expired June 30, 2015. The new extension took effect July 1, 2017 and
will run until December 31, 2018.
Further, HealthSpace is in negotiation with VDH for a long-term agreement that will cover the deployment and
hosting of a new HealthSpace Cloud application, HealthSpace CS Pro, across the Commonwealth.
