saddened to announce the passing of Mark T. Nesbitt, B.Sc. Geology, LL.B, Law.
Mr. Nesbitt was a well respected natural resources attorney in Denver, Colorado. His firm, Nesbitt Law,
specialized in domestic and international mining transactions, agreements, negotiations, title, due diligence, corporate and
general business counsel. He received a B.S. degree in Geology from Washington State University and his J.D. from Gonzaga
University in Spokane, Washington.
