Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH) today announced a regular quarterly cash distribution on its common shares of
$0.39 per common share ($1.56 per share per year). This quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the
close of business on July 24, 2017 and distributed on or about August 17, 2017.
Senior Housing Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, which owns senior living communities, medical office
buildings and wellness centers throughout the United States. SNH is managed by the operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc.
