After Sapphire Reserve Redefined Luxury Credit Card Category, Cardmembers Define What to See, Do and Eat All Summer Long

  • Sapphire Six highlights spots where Reserve cardmembers are using their cards
  • Sapphire cardmembers can tap into even more one-of-a-kind events and experiences

Chase is tapping its savvy Sapphire Reserve cardmembers for Sapphire Six – a new take on a traditional travel guide that features popular destinations, restaurants and entertainment, informed by where Chase Sapphire ReserveSM cardmembers are going and spending.

“Not only are our cardmembers finding the next best thing – they are helping to define it,” said Pam Codispoti, President of Chase Branded Cards. “Whether it’s the best place to enjoy a sunset dinner or catch local music, we are taking the lead from our cardmembers and I can’t wait to try their recommendations.”

Also this summer, Chase is adding to its robust roster of exclusive events and experiences, giving Sapphire cardmembers the opportunity to unlock one-of-a-kind access to culinary, entertainment and sports events.

Sapphire Six: Summer Travel Inspired by Sapphire Reserve Cardmembers

To create Sapphire Six, Chase looked at where Sapphire Reserve cardmembers are actually spending – many of whom are millennials. Whether eating, shopping or grabbing a drink, here's where Reserve cardmembers hang out –

  • Montauk, NY – where Sapphire Reserve cardmembers are going:

The Surf Lodge – a go-to destination for everything from live music, art shows and sunset cocktails around a fire pit.
Navy Beach – enjoy a seafood lunch right on the sand of the 200-food private beach on the property.
Harvest on Fort Pond – a Montauk establishment for more than 20 years, diners can enjoy spectacular sunset views in the glassed-in dining room.
Montauk Brewing Company – sample a local brew at the indoor pine bar or head outdoors to the picnic tables and say “hi” to the brewery’s unofficial mascot: an English golden retriever, Sky.
Candied Anchor – satisfy any sweet tooth with this 1950s-style sweet shop right on Main Street.
Gosman’s Dock Restaurant – a Montauk go-to seafood spot for 60 years, located at the mouth of Lake Montauk.
  • Charlotte, NC - where Sapphire Reserve cardmembers are going:

Essex Bar & Bistro – located at the literal midpoint of Charlotte, this spot describes itself as serving “mom-style food” with a cool vibe.
Ink N Ivy – restaurant by day and nightclub by night featuring live music on Thursdays and weekend DJs.
Olde Mecklenburg Brewery – located in a renovated factory, this brew house, restaurant and taproom also boasts a massive beer garden.
Amelie’s French Bakery – a household name in Charlotte and it’s the only place in town to snag a chocolate éclair or petits four for a late night sweet craving.
Sycamore Brewing – the husband and wife owner duo have worked with more than 270 beer recipes and partner with food trucks for the perfect food pairing to a good brew.
Midwood Smokehouse – this Texas-style BBQ joint is a local favorite and even had a former President of the United States stop by for a visit.

Additional Sapphire Six cities to be featured include: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Content will appear throughout the summer on Chase Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
