manufacturing company, today announced that it is moving forward with the development of an advanced “smart desk”, which will
reinvent the workstation. The Company’s Advanced Technology team is leading the development of this product, which is the
first of a robust pipeline of plans to reinvent the workspace environment.
Cemtrex’s smart desk will have many capabilities to service all the needs of a highly efficient employee from one sleek device.
A few key features to highlight include a high resolution multi-touch display with ability to draw, scan documents directly on the
desk, wireless connectivity for full access to the cloud and next generation wireless charging capabilities for mobile devices. A
prototype of the smart desk is expected to be available by the end of 2017 and Cemtrex anticipates a commercial product will be
ready for sale in 2018.
