One easy point of interaction will help customers decorate their dream homes from the full portfolio of brands, both in-store and online

Capitalizing on both its diverse portfolio of brands and market leadership in the home category, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE:WSM) today announced the launch of the Design Crew, a new cross-brand design services initiative. For the first time, customers will be able to work with the Design Crew, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s team of design experts, who specialize in helping find the right products and services for a variety of needs at home, across all eight Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands, including Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation, and West Elm.

Starting immediately, customers can visit any store in the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. portfolio to schedule a free consultation with a Design Crew expert to help with their personalized decorating or shopping needs. The Design Crew experts are specially trained to help customers with decorating, renovating, entertaining, cooking, and gift giving. In addition, members of The Key, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s reward program, will receive 3% back in rewards on any purchase across Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s family of brands.
