Unisync Board Reinstates Douglas Good as CEO

The Board of Directors wishes to advise that Douglas F Good has re-assumed the position of President and CEO of Unisync as a
result of the vacancy created by the termination of employment of Carmin Garofalo. Mr. Garofalo was removed as President and CEO
of Unisync and from officer positions in Unisync's subsidiaries due to conflicts of interest and breach of his employment
agreement. In addition, Mr. Garofalo has been removed as a director of Unisync and its subsidiaries.
