Cache Exploration Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

August 21, 2017 / TheNewswire / Vancouver, British Columbia: Cache Exploration Inc. (the “Company”, or “Cache”), (TSX-V:CAY) announces that it shall reprice its financing, previously announced on June 29, 2017, of 5,000,000 units at $0.22 with half warrant at $0.32 to be replaced with new pricing at $0.20 per unit comprised of one share plus a warrant exercisable at $.25 per share for two years.  This financing has now been fully subscribed and will close soon.  

The Company also wishes to cancel and reprice the previously announced flow through financing at $0.28 with half warrant at $0.36 for 5,000,000 units to $0.20 per unit with half warrant for two years at $0.25.  Gross proceeds of $500,000 have been raised for the flow through financing to date.

All of the securities to be issued are subject to a four month plus one day statutory hold period and are subject to receipt of approval of regulatory authorities, including the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities being offered will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended and may not be offered or sold within the United States absent registration or an exemption from the registration requirements.
