and its wholly owned subsidiary, Datametrex Limited (“Datametrex”), are pleased to announce that the Company has signed an Letter
of Intent (“LOI”) with Distribution Canada Inc (“DCI”) to partner in the collection of sell through data from retail Point of Sale
(“POS”) terminals.
The proposed partnership will see DCI and the Company partner in deploying DataTap devices to DCI members. By
utilizing DataTap devices, DCI’s members for the first time will be able to aggregate their sales data and benefit from the
collective purchasing power of the organization. The terms of the partnership will be defined in a formal agreement.
