STATESBORO, Ga., Aug. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Briggs & Stratton Corporation, the world's largest manufacturer of gasoline engines for power equipment, today joined local and state officials, along with representatives from Walmart, to celebrate both companies' support of "Made in America" products at its Statesboro, Georgia facility with its 335 local employees. The celebration was in support of Walmart's commitment to buy an additional $250 billion in products supporting American jobs by 2023. Briggs & Stratton manufactures engines at its Georgia facility, which power the Murray® brand of garden tractors sold at Walmart.
