Kahn, chief consumer officer of New York-based, online grocery FreshDirect, joins the
Claritas board to provide a new level of marketing strategy and insights, said Claritas CEO Mike
Nazzaro.

Kahn was President of iVillage, Inc., NBCUniversal's largest provider of online content for women. Kahn also was President,
Global Digital Media for Readers Digest Association, where she oversaw the magazine's strategy for digital expansion.
Throughout her career, Kahn also held executive positions at AllRecipes.com and Time Inc. In addition to working with the
Claritas board, Khan also sits on the boards of Water.org, Edible Media, Shining Hope for Communities, and the Paley Center
Women's Advisory Council.
