it has successfully concluded amendments to its existing long-term labour agreement with its 3,500 pilots represented by the Air
Canada Pilots Association (ACPA). The amendments to the ten-year agreement reached in October
2014 provide added commercial and operational flexibility as well as improved cost competitiveness while also providing
attractive career growth opportunities and other advantages for its pilots.

competitiveness that further strengthen Air Canada's ability to compete effectively in today's global competitive environment,"
