(TSX-V:AUT) announces that all matters before the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 11, 2017 have been
approved. As a result, the Board of Directors of the Company now consists of Weimin Fu, Jiangping Mo and Zhigang Xie.
Mr. Fu and Mr. Xie have been directors of the Company since August 21, 2015.
Mr. Mo is currently the Deputy President of China Nonferrous Metal Guilin Research Institute of Geology for
Mineral Resources. He holds a Master's degree in Environment Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Geological Exploration. He has
more than 30 years of experience as a high-level executive in the mineral and mineral exploration industry and has been involved
with gold, copper, nickel, tin and tungsten projects. He has experience leading exploration teams in China, Australia and
Africa.
