TransAct Energy Corp (OTC: TEGY) announced today that they have signed a 10-year Waste Supply & Disposal Agreement with
Hasars S.A. de C.V. to process their municipal solid waste ("MSW") collections from the Tlaquepaque region of Greater Guadalajara in Mexico. Through TransAct's wholly owned subsidiary, Puebla Z.E.W.O.P.1, S de R.L. de C.V., the Company has
now secured the feed-stock for its first Zero Emissions Waste Optimization Plant (Z.E.W.O.P.[ TM
]) to be constructed in Mexico. The plant will be able to process 481,800 metric
tonnes annually of which Hasars will supply the same, until Dec 31, 2027.
